Your itinerary

1. Day 1 · 11:45

   Check-in at Tuan Chau

   Pre-check-in at the Aqua Luxury lounge, Tuan Chau International Marina — bring your passport or ID card for check-in.

2. Day 1 · 12:00

   Tender to the boat

   A tender boat takes you out to Aqua Luxury; cabin check-in at about 12:30 with the welcome drink, safety briefing and itinerary.

3. Day 1 · 12:45

   Buffet lunch under way

   Buffet lunch while cruising from Ha Long into Lan Ha Bay.

4. Day 1 · 15:00

   Tra Bau, Lan Ha Bay

   Kayaking and swimming in the sheltered Tra Bau lagoon.

5. Day 1 · 17:00

   Sunset and cooking class

   The sundeck for sunset and the sunset party, plus a cooking class of Vietnamese dishes.

6. Day 1 · 19:15

   Dinner

   A fusion set menu.

7. Day 1 · 21:00

   Evening on board

   The bar, the spa (treatments charged separately), karaoke, squid fishing or the rooftop deck. Overnight on board.

8. Day 2 · 06:00

   Tai Chi and breakfast

   Tai Chi on the sundeck; light breakfast at 07:00.

9. Day 2 · 08:15

   Day boat south

   Transfer to the day cruise and head south through Lan Ha Bay towards Viet Hai village — the whole day is spent on the day boat and in the village, back on Aqua Luxury around 16:00.

10. Day 2 · 08:30

    Viet Hai village

    About 5 km by bicycle — an electric car is available if you prefer not to cycle — into the village inside the Cat Ba Biosphere Reserve.

11. Day 2 · 12:30

    Lunch on the day boat

    A traditional Vietnamese lunch.

12. Day 2 · 14:00

    Tai Keo and Ba Trai Dao

    Kayak past a nearby fishing village around Tai Keo islet, or swim at Ba Trai Dao beach.

13. Day 2 · 16:00

    Back on board

    Sunset party on deck; dinner at 19:15, then the bar, sundeck, karaoke or squid fishing. Overnight on Aqua Luxury.

14. Day 3 · 06:00

    Tai Chi

    Tai Chi on the sundeck — sunrise from about 05:30 depending on the season; light breakfast 06:30–07:10.

15. Day 3 · 07:15

    Trung Trang Cave, Cat Ba

    Tender to Cat Ba Island, then a bus to Trung Trang Cave in Cat Ba National Park — stalactites and stalagmites formed over millions of years.

16. Day 3 · 09:00

    Check-out

    Back on Aqua Luxury; pack and leave your luggage outside the cabin.

17. Day 3 · 09:45

    Brunch

    Brunch in the restaurant.

18. Day 3 · 10:45

    Tender to Tuan Chau

    Leave the boat by tender back to Tuan Chau International Marina — late morning; the exact time is confirmed together with your cabin.

Meals

Included: two lunches, two dinners, two light breakfasts and one brunch — buffet lunch on board on Day 1, a traditional Vietnamese lunch on the day boat on Day 2, set-menu dinners in the restaurant. Standard menus are served to all guests — tell us about allergies or dietary requirements at least 3 days before departure. Drinks are not included; there is a bar on board.

Sleep setting: Cruise cabin. Boarding and return: 12:00 Day 1 / 10:45 Day 3.
